Pretty solid white to help along the Arroz com Frango e Chourico. Nose has nice crisp green-appley fruit, a little bit of an herbal thing, and some crushed stone. Crisp and minerally in the mouth, with good acidity. On the leaner side but nice value.

Good quality white Burgh with white floral stony notes and an acidic bite, firm texture that remains balanced. Good to taste these a few years in!

Lemon cream, apple, light flowers, and touch of vanilla. Balanced on palate, round up front w nice minerality on the finish. It’s simple but very nice and worked beautifully with chicken pot pie.
