Ultra fresh, powerful and long.

Mineral and racy with layers of citrus zest, crumbled chalk, apple blossoms, brioche, smoke.

1.5L.

100% Chardonnay. Didn't catch the base wine on this bottle (maybe 2010?), but this wine is fierce. Mineral and citrus driven. So pure and focused. One of the best I've had from this producer in recent memory.

2009 base wine offers a lot of body and richness.

Great non dosage blanc des blancs - super clean, lively, fresh

Very dry with great complexity, scent is floral with a touch of peach and citrus. Would recommend. Enjoying it on a late summer evening.

Laser-like focus makes it very, very refreshing.
