Tribut's Côte de Léchet Chablis 1er Cru is not a "classic" example but it is a delicious well balanced, well produced wine. It is slightly richer than one might expect from a 1 Cru Chablis but it has all the lemon citrus and screaming mineral limestone one wants from a good Chablis. Enjoyed with ahi poke served with avocado, kewpie and a macadamia nut crust on the ahi.
