Fizzy, floral acid bomb

Pale straw, white pepper, lime, green apple, slate, peach. Light and spritzy. Acidic and crisp.

Perfect with a pretty spicy Thai shrimp and veggie curry. Don't know if it was just the spice, but this tasted so much of pineapple-delicious compliment to the curry👍 pretty quaffable on a regular day too.

Starts sweet, finishes dry. Peach, green apple, cat pee. Guys, this is good.

Nice little Gruner. Nice and floral on the front with a touch of sweetness. Ends with some nice acidity and a slight fizz. Nice wine for $16

Dry and mineral. Just how like them. Excellent pairing with fondue and (very veggie) and refined lamb chili.

Clean with light mineral and apple.
