Another nice showing from Leonetti. Moderately Oakes, nice plum and cedar on the nose, good structure. Needs more time to mellow - still a bit sharp for my taste. 14.7%. Acquired directly from the producer.

This wine needed patience. So tight and pucker mouth at first. But after 2-3 hours of decanting it revealed its treasures of smooth smoky dark blue fruit injected with earthy minerals and encapsulated in fine polished tannins that gripped your throat for literally minutes.
