North Fork of Long Island Pinot Blanc

1992 was a pretty wet year out here which meant much higher acids. My wife's older brother worked the vineyards at Lieb in his high school days. Somehow he procured this bottle and squirreled it into his closet where it would sit until his father unearthed it 20 years later. That acidity has given way to beautiful flower notes and flavors that barely show its true age.
