Wow. Take this wine which is the fleshiest Melon you could ask for & pair it with a bacon/leek/arugula pizza which is dusted with bread crumbs. The light crisp texture of the pizza plays off the acid in this wine perfectly. The wine alone is simply brilliant as well. Special stuff!
