This is light, fresh, and crisp, fun and delicate all at once. The nose smells of a cloudy day on the beach with white flowers, hints of lemon curd. In the palate it is dry, low alcohol, light bodied, with medium flavor intensity of lemon, salinity, chalk and a medium acidic finish. This is a lovely white wine.

I had high hopes for this as I don't often drink let alone come across a lot of Melon de Bourgogne. The acid bitterness just dominated everything.
