Great to finally have a Littorai! Nice lighter weight Pinot with good nose and slight well integrated oak. Very nice!

Smells good, rounded and fruity. Tastes smooth, medium light body, which is fine because its flavor is complex and well balanced. Not too sweet, not tart. Silky tannins, pretty clean finish. Had with turmeric curry sauce from uncle booms, sous vide then sliced and seared pork ribs, rice, and leftover beans and cauliflower (steamed).
