Clear, medium garnet in color; on the nose, it's clean with pronounced tertiary aromas of cinnamon, vanilla, and lavender; on the palate, it's dry with high volatile acidity. This wine is past its prime. Most of the fruit is gone. I bet it was great about 10 years ago.
