So damn smooth, restrained acidity, sea air and hints of grass. Would drink this everyday.

My wife loves SB's from Marlborough and this one is at the top of the list. Easy drinking by itself or good w lighter foods and chicken dishes.

Nicely made with retained acid and backbone. Grassiness and bell pepper aroma and flavors are hard to get used to for many but it's still a lovely wine.

Yikes! Jalapeño fans will love. Others like me are a lost cause. Bell pepper, grass and tomato plants smells + taste. Light carbonation. Otherwise ok.

Not A Sauv Blanc lover, but this was satisfying with raw tacos. A very sour, funky nose gives way to a well balanced, fruity wine. A little too sweet on the finish.
ETA: grassy. Odd. Not bad, but very, very grassy.
