Complex; plums, herbs, white pepper...classic Syrah aromatics. I've finally figured out that this less ripe version of Syrah pairs beautifully with tomato sauced dishes.

Shiraz fruit with Rhone Syrah structure and savory base

Currnats and blueberries. Slight bitterness. Sweet. Time has not brought this around. SIPS - 2

Quite subdued nose with dark fruit and some pepper. More well balanced dark fruit in the mouth with very nice, smooth mouthfeel. Great wine!

Raspberry and pepper. Smoky and yet light. Dark and smooth. Sirah!
