History of estate dates back to 16th Century. Pale lemon color, with aromas of citrus, stone fruits, cedar and floral notes. On the palate flavors of apple, pear and lemon citrus with notes of white flowers and spice and buttery notes. Medium+ finish, vivid acidity ending creamy with fruit and mineral spice.
