Many thanks to Marko's for sending over this sample to try. Marko's is a new wine label from the Adelaide Hills, you can't miss it with the bright orange branding! Currently there are 2 wines in the range, a Sauv Blanc and oakless Chardonnay, both selling for $324 a case online, or $27 per bottle.
The Sauv was a delicious accompaniment to our clam chowder last night and it was perfect on its own too. It's nearly water white on the eye, (a great vino for your office coffee mug - haha no one will ever know!). With a vibrant, fresh bouquet full of passionfruit, lime and a touch of crisp minerality. The passionfruit and citrus notes flow through to the palate making it a super gluggable wine - summer 2015 in a glass of you ask me!

Whistle. Don't recall a hell of a lot of this bad boy, other than it being quite tropical, a little floral and a wee bit of minerality seeped through. Couldn't have been too memorable
