Angeline Vineyards California Pinot Noir

Clear ruby garnet in the glass. Fruity nose of dark red cherries, echoed on the equally fruity palate with a bit of moderately weak tea. Tannins at medium minus minus and only assert themselves just before the finish. An nice easy drinking California Pinot N that should please any crowd. Supports casual dinner fare just as well.

Legs, 9/10. Beautiful garnet color worth a hint of rust typical to pinots. Berries on the nose, although I can't identify anything other than strawberry. Soft, smooth taste, very easy to drink. Good wine!

Half bottle from my welcome pack to SF. Black fruited, dense, medium+ tannins, broad. Cali Pino indeed. Not my favourite.

Decent nose. Flavor is very hollow and boring. I’m in Hawaii so maybe spoiled en route? Got it for $9 on sale. Tastes like a $4 bottle. No thanks.
