First wine opened for our homemade grilled pizza night. Great bottle to start with. Opened and let sit for about 2 hours-wanted to come across a little hot with the alcohol being so high but turned out to be perfect. Definitely a bottle to share! Black jam fruits on the nose-smoke, spice and a hint of herbs on the finish. Fun bottle!

Amazing. White pepper on the nose and good fruit. After a while less pepper but still drinking great.

The dark ruby/purple '07 Martinelli Zinfandel 'Giuseppe & Luisa' from the RRV shows exotically scented plum, fig, pepper and roasted meat aromas. The palate offers sharper red fruit flavors with graceful floral notes. A long textured finish of silky tannins. Real nice!
