The most open one out of the Single-Terroir-Syrah Range. Huge amount of black olives at first, red cherry, ash and dust on the nose. Nice acidity & good structure with a medium-body. Very, very mineral aftertaste. Still needs time in the cellar to fully open up. Well done @Andrea Mullineux & @Chris Mullineux!
