94% Syrah 4% Cinsault 2% Carignan Big BBQ Wine, nice acid to help cleanse the pallet rather than overwhelm it. So, very balanced.

Pepper, smoke, vanilla nose.
Nice acidity. Good structure. Bright cherry. But..... some bell pepper and something not quite ripe....
