+1 hour decant(some cloudy sediment). A splendid deep purplish magenta color. On the nose: very aeromatic that hits you with blackberry/dark cherry, campfire smoke, bacon fat, chocolate, aged balsamic. Taste: big, beautiful, silky, with a cascade of flavors...blackberry/dark cherry, leather, fig, minerals, herbs, and a spiced balsamic vinegar/plum never-ending finish. YUM!
