Pretty deep ruby garnet , medium wide garnet rim . Aromatic and really classic with a mix or red and dark fruits , tobacco , grafite and cedar . On the palate this is quite linear , again with the red and dark fruits from the nose, cedar and grafite and quite rounded resolved tannins . Fresh acidity , good cedar with grafite length , very classic in style . Enough density and fruit to cover the rest of the structure. 2021 vintage. Courtesy of @Neil Valenzuela Decanted and tasted after 1 hour. Light medium/medium body. Backing band and structure mainly there. Intro and middle of the song catchy. Last third/finish will round into form in the next 7-8 years. Pretty introduction as we speak. Def beyond above-average producer that strives for (leaner) balance. Popped and poured; enjoyed from red Solo cups over the course of an hour. No formal notes. At this stage, the 2015 is more than giving, full of delicious ripe orchard fruits, tiny bubbles, racy acidity and minerals. I imagine this vintage will be really easy to love over the next 20 years or so. — 4 months ago
2014 vintage. Excellent cork and fill. Decanted with minimal sed and tasted after 1.5 hours. One of the few outlier exceptions (Haut-Bages-Libéral, Pichon-Lalande, et al) that proves the general, big and bold, Pauillac rule. Delicate impressions from start to finish with impeccable balance. Medium body. Plenty of flavors and sensations without big, overt commitments to any of them. Playing the field and we are all the better for it. Reddish in color with a wide reddish rim and medium intensity. Pretty color.
Strong nose of red fruits with earth, light wood, light Mediterranean spices, mushrooms, earth and herbs.
Light to medium in body with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate with raspberries, cherries, spices, light oak, licorice, chocolates, tobacco, herbs, spices, light green tea and earth.
Nice finish with soft tannins and tangy cranberries.
This is a delicious 15 year old Pinot Noir from Oregon. Nicely balanced and elegant.
Feels like a red Burgundy, which I loved. Complex and interesting. Tangy and spicy.
I've had a few vintages of this wine and it is very consistent. Drinking beautifully now, and will continue to do so in the next 10 years.

Fresh fruits on the nose with cedar, licorice and chocolates notes.
Medium plus in body with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate with black currants, black plums, blackberries, light oak, spices, chocolates, coffee, licorice, light vegetables, tobacco, light earth, herbs and black pepper.
Long finish with round tannins and tangy raspberries.
This is a delicious 5 year old Cabernet Sauvignon based blend from Pauillac. Elegant, fruit forward and rich.
Wine Spectator 96 points. Wine Advocate 94 points.
Still young, and a tad subdued at the moment, but with good structure and nice complexity. Will continue to age nicely in the next 10 to 15 years.
Already showing a great mouthfeel, nicely balanced and good by itself or with food.
A blend of 76% Cabernet Sauvignon and 24% Merlot. Aged in (75% new) French Oak barrels.
A great sipping wine that will also pair nicely with a big piece of steak.

Dark gold in color.
Full bodied and smooth with high acidity.
Sweet on the palate with great complexity and mouthfeel.
Showing lemons, red and yellow apples, tropical fruits, spices, caramel, honey, peaches, lemons, citrus, turmeric and honeysuckle.
Long engaging finish.
This 17 year old Sauternes is drinking exceptionally now, although it will continue to age nicely in the next 30 to 50 years. A delicious dessert wine from a great vintage.
Rich and fruit forward. Beautifully balanced with enough acidity to balance the high sugars. Showing a wonderful nose that I kept smelling on for a long time.
Already showing great complexity, sweet and expressive. Opulent with great elegance.

Full-bodied with medium acidity and long legs.
Dry on the palate and very fruity with black currants, blackberries, plums, cola, cooked cherries, cedar, licorice, chocolates, vanilla, coffee and peppercorn.
Long finish with fine grained tannins and tangy cherries.
This 13 year old Napa Cabernet is drinking beautifully now, and will continue to drink nicely in the next 5 years.
Showing nice complexity with a soft mouthfeel. Elegant, rich and in your face kind of wine.
Good right out of the bottle, and better after 2 hours of airtime.
A gorgeous Cabernet, but I prefer the 2010 vintage.

Referred to as the “Baby Grange,” blend of 53/47 Cab Sauv & Shiraz, aged for 12 months in American oak, partly in previous-vintage Grange casks. Dark Ruby with aromas of fresh black fruits, complex with sweet spice. On the palate flavors of juicy black cherry and blackberry flavors with notes of cacao, oak and toasty spices, from cooler vintage.
