Armador Estate Selection Valle de Casablanca Sauvignon Blanc

Aromatic, tart, & as expected, very young. Petrichor, green snap peas, watercress, & freshly cut dry grass comprise the enticing nose. Fruit is present, but very tart, with predominately lime & grapefruit. Palate is a balance of tart citrus, smoky white pepper, & pleasant acid. Shows promise, excited to try it summer of '17!
