Montmains Chablis 1er Cru Chardonnay

Honey, peach, very slightly nutty, pear, pineapple, earthy
Quite sweet, slight bitterness on the edge of the tongue. Buttery and a warming sensation on the tongue. Crisp pear but also coating the tongue with a oily/creamy sensation. Honey aftertaste
Very un-chablis like though!
