Rave reviews from the Wine Press in Australia. Nose of aromatic Herbs, rocks sour cherries and gravel. Hard to imagine a more minerally soil than on the slopes of Mount Etna - an active volcano. The palate is fresh, clean with savoury cherry and moderate tannins. Totally Slammable! The perfect Pasta wine. Going on a Wine and Food Tour to Sicily in October so will see Etna up close. Cannot wait!

Ripe, but balanced with great drive and length. Typical orange peel and mint flavors with rocky red fruit. This will give the contrada wines a run for their money this vintage.

So young, vibrant, and light on its feet. Yet it's also carrying an undertone of dark fruit, earthiness and bramble. This is a great wine.
