At Jack Fry’s in Louisville, challenged to pair wine with salmon, pork, and gnocchi. This worked well. “Soft” according to one friend.

Great medium dark visual out of the bottle. Love the floral aromatics and mild sweetness. Highly structured tannins on the finish and a very nice balance. Keeper Pinot.

Really great full bodied Pinot with good acidity. We had this wine with blanquette de veux and it was a great pairing.
