Depends on how you like Chablis here, it's not totally mineral driven but it sure as heck isn't fruit forward. White mushroom, flowers, honeycomb, wax, hay, chalky, green apple and yellow plum. Nice length with a chalky texture, is pretty handy at the price too.

New toy smell, light, lemony notes on the palette. Bright green apple undertones. Nice wine with shrimp pasta primavera in the summertime.
