Sweeter than a regular Chardonnay but just right for a Chablis! Jus a touch dry with perhaps hints of peach on pear. A great cocktail or fish wine.

Meyer lemon, pit fruit, and beeswax aromas. Comparatively rich and textured for a Chablis, but still very fresh and clean, with flinty minerality and good acidity. Would go great with goat cheese, seafood/shellfish, or even fried chicken.
