Le Chevalier de Sterimberg Blanc Hermitage Marsanne Roussanne

2000 vintage. Acceptably oxidized. Nice nuttiness. Super enjoyable.

The nose is a bit on the reduction side at first and gets wider after a while. Smells like huge roussanne. White flowers, a bit of honey. The palate is curiously on the length dimension. Nice acidity, peach, toast. What an experience. Goes a long way. I love this
