The nose presents with roses, sandalwood and maple syrup.
The palette is not quite as viscous as the 12, but it still possesses an untypical weight and mouthfeel. It's heavy, but balanced. We taste cinnamon, violets and soft brown sugar. The oak treatment is in harmony with the acidity and 14.2% abv. We are loving this.

Delish. Wonderful fruit, wonderful darkness, full bodied and yummy! Grilled chicken with herbs de provence and warm spinach and bacon salad. Lovely
