On the palate ripe blackberry, plum and dried cherry flavors with cacao, espresso and vanilla oak. Vivid acidity, rich ripe fine tannins, long finish ending with fruit and a kick of spice, nice! Good value with aging potential.

Trying the ‘15 vintage. Nicely matured now, beautiful Syrah, still fruit forward, with beautiful cassis notes. Rating affirmed 10/2/20. Good wine, but not getting close to the magic of the earlier vintages. Need to check into newer vintages to see where we’re headed.
