Blend of Chenin Blanc (70%), Chardonnay (20%) and Cabernet Franc (10%). Light golden color. Ripe aromas and flavors of pear, Granny Smith apple and peach. Light hint of white flowers. Soft texture and crisp acidity. Generous and creamy mousse. A little on the fruit forward side but quite smooth and quaffable. Revisited in December 2024. Solid base bubbly for Christmas Mimosas!
