Consistent notes from my last experience, exactly 365 days ago...Such unplanned timing!

Nose has fresh papaya, freshly washed lemon, under-ripe white peach and cold butter or candle wax.

Palate has waxy yellow apple, coconut, white mushroom, fresh sage and light green herbal notes, faint peppery finish.

I wish I had more patience, or looked at my notes before opening another bottle, oh well. This wine would appreciate another 5 years, drink future bottles at around 2023+.

Nose has fresh papaya, freshly washed lemon, under-ripe white peach and cold butter.

Palate has yellow apple, coconut, button mushroom, fresh sage and light green herbal notes, faint peppery finish.

I'd love to see this wine at 5-6 years of age, pretty interesting bottle now, likely more so in a few more years.

Super interesting. Pigato is Vermentinos reclusive brother from Liguria. More dense mouth feel but not lacking minerality or balance. A 2016 Kermit Lunch selection has no funk just a really good white with hints of peach and salinity. Paired well with our oysters. Glad I dug this out and finally tried it. Looking forward to the next one in a year to see if he’s still holding up.

Just great stuff. Crisp, delicious. Nice and light, just ordered another 6 @ $18.99 per.

Always a fan of Pigato. This might be the lightest wine in the glass I’ve seen - could mistake it for water at the right angle. Delicate dry white flowers on the palate with a great acidy finish.

Dinner with Katy Steve SRV South end 10/21/17. Excellent food wine. Acidic and energetic and with verve to go with mixed dishes. Have 2009 in stash not yet drank. 49 restaurant charge.
