Beckstoffer To-Kalon Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

Unfortunately this is my last bottle of the 2018 vintage. 😋🍷

2018 vintage. Decanted for three hours before tasting. Throwing more sed than expected. Obviously much too youthful. Currently, chunky and unresolved. Big body with plenty of tannins. All the elements are there...just needs a little 15-spot for everything to slot into place. Check back in 2038. 5.27.23
