May 16th, 2019Almost translucent in the glass with a slight green tint. Big nose of tropical fruits hits you right away and doesn’t dissipate. More of a grassy style with notes of quince and kiwi. Crispy acidity and tartness.

Dec 28th, 2018Citrus and honeysuckle flavors and a bit of an unusual (but not in a negative sense) note like celery or jicama. I think it’s a plus effort but isn’t next level like many of the Realm reds.

Layer after layer of tropical fruits - pineapple, guava, passion fruit. Faint minerality. Lush mouthfeel with bright acidity in the finish.

Guava, peach and white flowers on the nose. A palate of pineapple, honeydew melon and wet stone, balanced by nice acidity. Best SB in Napa Valley in my opinion. But then again, maybe I’m full of crap. Maybe I just liked the wine.

Grapefruit, floral, bright and intense. Medium plus weight. Sharp and refreshing. Great finish demanding another take. So good and fitting today.
