Reserve Russian River Valley Pinot Noir

Hotel room, Tour de France.. a perfect time to try out a Staff favorite’ wine. (Aka what the shop owner tells you to sell!)
Gentle.
Soft and floral, with vanillin parting for the occasional twig and berry Pinot hit to the taste buds, and back into the vanillin.
Easy crowd pleaser, easy stelvin travel wine.

Quaffable Thursday night Pinot with pizza. Has notes of classic Sonoma Pinot Noir with dark cherry, even some blueberry, a bit of cola, and definitely vanilla. Could use some more effervescence and liveliness, and even some bigger fruit to drive some excitement. Nice enough, but no need to try again.

Drank with Ash and Kris. Very smooth.

Light, smooth. No after bite.

Soft tannins, relatively smooth but not the best Russian river valley I've had. Very good for the price though
