I always forget that I enjoy the occasional zin. This one is certainly true to the Biale style, big red fruits and spice. I typically don't hold onto zin for too long, but remember this being really intense when I tried it at the winery 4 years ago. My opinion 7 years from the vintage date is perfect for this wine/style. Shows a more elegant side that this was other wise missing.
