Black and white pepper, fruit of all ripeness levels, and plenty of oak. Acidity is still there to balance out the wine. Still not a fan of Zinfandel, but this is a well made wine.

Wow. Soft and beautiful! I would never guess zin maybe a really good merlot. This is a winner!
