Sanguine. Quite tannic, though seriously ripe Sangiovese. Good with sausages, best with Bistecca a la Fiointina.

Still a bit tannic but drinking well with air. Beginning of drinking window. Well received by all, especially with food. Best or the Bordeaux and Napa can on the table
