What a wine! Typical nose of licorice, strawberry, a bit of heat, a touch of garigue. This is quite complex! The palate is well designed with a great acid backbone, a savory thing, with a meaty, salty touch, some strawberry, some tannins kicking in the rear, leaving a drying layer all over a long, savory and strawberry finish. Great cannonau/grenache!
