Gorgeous and very precise nose of some spicey oak, mid season cherries that have insane clarity. Unreal sous bois underneath. Super classy nose. Just singing. Love 21. Real aromatic substance and layering here. Gorgeous clean laundry aromas as well as spice and some flowers. Palate is very young on the PNP but as it airs it will come together and flesh out. So pure and precise with glorious fruit of the mid season cherry kind. Can’t wait to see this unfurl. Oak also a a bit much on the palate but Garaudet’s wines always need mega air. I will be back! Oh wow air has gotten this all sorts of delicious. Unreal finesse and sweetness. So focused.

This is the volnay.
Nose: ephemeral pink roses and lilacs. So pretty. Audrey Hepburn. Beautiful as it opens hints of savory.
Palate: sweet early drain cherry fruit. Hint of bitterness - cherry pit Silk beyond silk as a texture.

Not super dense. More old school volnay.
Better in 18-24 months.
