Tastes like tart strawberry, cherry, finishing with hints of pepper, cranberry, minerality, dry earth, menthol. Tannins are still FIRM 7 years later, this wine has medium body with a medium finish. Still, dry Brachetto. Nose is bursting with fresh red berries. Stunning balance of layered bright, then richer fruit. Accents of earth & mineral all tied up neatly with a strong acid backbone. Love this to pieces.
