Saracosa Toscana Super Tuscan Blend

My wife rates as an 8 and I rate it as a 9. Significant to when we had it is that we didn’t pair it properly. We had a shrimp and rice meal of modest flavor and this wine pairs better stronger meat flavors, as the label identifies with salami, boar, and lamb. I’d definitely buy again and enjoy without hesitation. Smooth, long finish and pleasant to the palate the entire journey.
