Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc

Harvested from the Wairau Valley, Spy Valley crafts a total steal of a Sauvignon Blanc with character. Perhaps a bit more body than expected - its outrageously juicy in its herbaceous flavors. Tomato leaf, gooseberry, grapefruit pith, and salt. The quintessential sipper for the warm months to come.

Super grassy, complemented by grapefruit

Acidic in a bad way. Not the usual full fruit kf a NZ sav blanc.

Sweet, grapefruit. Lemongrass. Crisp.
Tang. Not dry.
