Beautifully perfumed flower and sweet red fruits, the flavors show the red fruit as well, very well-balanced, soft tannins, close to mature, long, lingering finish, really a beautiful aged Oregon Pinot Noir that will pair wonderfully with the wild Copper River sockeye salmon!!
