Read the hype, bought the bargain, drank it alone like a responsible adult. Too bad the 2021 is too young and tight-wound at first, but on day three it exhaled and pulled me completely inward. Magnetic. I am sold. Deep and complex, there are too many layers to name, but i immensely enjoy the fruit’s push against the savory pull. Quietly persuasive rather than flashy.
