The Wild Ride Barossa Valley Shiraz Blend


Dark ruby in color with a purple rim.
Fruity on the nose with black berries, black currants, cherries, vanilla, wood, licorice, dark chocolate and black pepper.
Full-bodied with medium plus acidity and nice legs.
Dry on the palate with tart cherries, strawberries, blueberries, vanilla, cedar, tobacco, red currants, cedar, licorice, Coffee, dark chocolate, peppercorn and light cloves.
Medium plus on the finish with soft tannins and black pepper.
This is a nice Shiraz blend. Drinking well now. Good with food too. A bit tart on the attack for me, though.
A Blend of 60% Shiraz, 20% Grenache, 20% Mataro.
15.5% alcohol by volume.
