Truncated party notes: a fun, somewhat larger-framed Valpo. No dried fruit or ripasso notes, but the alcohol is a bit noticeable lemon the back half of the palate. Bridges the gap between gulpable and Ripasso.

Nose - crayons, clay amphora and wood barrel and herbs. Main notes - light spring/summer fruits like cherry, strawberries and apricots. A little bit of tannin and tart fruit taste. A nice clean finish with a little zip. Really nice Spring red!
