The Walls Vineyards Stanley Groovy A Cab Supreme Cabernet Sauvignon 2022, Washington State

It is time for my
#FridayCabernetfix.

Dark inky in color with a reddish rim.

Fruity nose of blackberries, black plums, black currants, cooked cherries, light cedar, licorice, light vanilla, chocolates, light earth, spices, light black tea and black pepper.

Full-bodied and elegant with medium acidity and long legs.

Dry on the palate with black currants, black plums, blackberries, earth, licorice, light cedar, herbs, black pepper and light green tea.

Long finish with fine grained tannins and tangy cherries.

This is a delicious Cabernet Sauvignon from Washington state. Rich, yet elegant. Fruit forward and engaging. Nicely balanced and complex.

This Cabernet Sauvignon based Bordeaux blend from Washington State is drinking beautifully now, and will continue to age nicely in the next 7 to 10 years. Has good potential to become a 93+ point wine.

Good right out of the bottle, and much better after 60 Minutes in the decanter. The alcohol is already well integrated.

Delicious by itself or with food. A great sipping wine.

A blend of 87% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Petit Verdot and 5% Merlot.

14.7% alcohol by volume.

92 points.

$45.
