Nuance was lost on me. Unimpressed. Maybe it needs time

Slightly acidic, lemon with pear.

Very refreshing and tasty. Drank with chicken bimbimbap from Keo at dad’s.

Wet stone on the nose. Extremely tart, citrusy flavor.

Refreshing thirst quencher. Bone dry - actually makes me wish for a tiny bit more RS. Lemon and lemon pith.

이슬맺힌 약한 풀향이 느껴짐. 향이 은은하다. 완전히 드라이함. 미네랄리티가 확 느껴짐. 입에 머금으면 약간의 덜익은 배향이 느껴짐. 끝맛에서 고소함이 느껴짐. 굴이랑 먹으면 잘 어울릴 것 같다.
그린올리브와 마셨을 때 짠맛이 도드라져서 잘 어울리진 않는 것 같다. Very weak grass scent. Overall, scent is weak. Very dry. Strong minerality. Green pear flavor. Nutty flavor at the end. Maybe well matched with oysters. I tried it with green olives and it made them more salty. ₩27000 @emart
