This is super pure, very dry, and has a very long life ahead, great acid and cut, long finish, excellent Alsatian Pinot Gris!

Floral, mineral, quite lean for a Pinot Gris (typical for Trimbach), great acidity and cut, very lovely, needs food!!

Rich in a good way. Very full bodied and complex as Pinot Grises go.

Golden color as you’d expect for a 7 year old white wine. Tons of bruised dried fruit on the nose. On the palate you get hit with the acid and tons of subtle lemon with a hint of watermelon, finish is nice and long with acid that sits for a long time. This would be great with lots of cheeses as well as seafood.
