Dark ruby color with a few purple highlights. Aromas of ripe black fruit, eucalyptus, purple flowers and sweet baking spices. Flavors of blackberry, dark plum, green pepper, cassis, dark chocolate, sweet spices and fresh herbs. Just a hint of graphite but loaded with oak. Medium-plus finish, acidity and body. Velvety tannins. Very fruit forward and powerful, but also a bit chunky and out of balance.
